Helka ry is a non-profit organisation dedicated to making the lives of Helsinki neighbourhood inhabitants better. We try to develop everything for our systems as free software - we are glad to offer the platform developments we create via project funding as open-source, so it may have the maximum benefit for everyone.

Currently, we are planning on opening public project management environments and code repositories for the development we do. These are not yet available, though, due to lack of resources and time.
